Fall Prevention Classes

Learn how to prevent falls! Dr. Irena will explain common fall risks at home and how to reduce them. Your loved one will also learn simple balance and strength exercises to stay steady. There may also be practice on how to recover after a fall and what to do if one happens. Classes last one hour.
